Acceptable Usage and Conduct

My Ad Vine provides classified advertising for a variety of services. To post ads on the site, you must register, choosing a username. In registering, you are solely responsible for the protection and usage of your username and password, which are not transferable to any other person or entity. If at any time you believe your account or password has been compromised in any way, contact My Ad Vine via questions@myadvine.com.

My Ad Vine reserves the right to reject and delete any ad at any time. In using this service, the user agrees not to post any ad that violates the law, encourages others to violate the law, is discriminatory, racist or prejudice, or is harmful in any manner. Users also agree not to post the following types of ads:

ads that require users to pay a fee to view job listings or ads promising jobs for an upfront fee
ads that provide illegal adult services offering prostitution or pornography
ads selling or offering illegal items or services

All ads are free, though ad featuring requires a small fee payable via PayPal upon checkout; however, My Ad Vine will not contact you regarding any charge for ads or for your password and other personal information.

By posting your ad to www.myadvine.com, you agree not to participate in or perform any of the following:

harass users of the site or the site
stalk other users
harm another user of the site in any manner
spam the site or another user
post illicit photographs
attempt to obtain other users’ passwords
harm the site in any manner through any means whatsoever
impersonate anyone or post information about another person without his or her consent

Paid Advertisements

Users who choose to pay for a featured ad are expected to pay for the service via PayPal at the time of posting. My Ad Vine does not offer refunds for paid featured ads placed on the site.
